Registration
The following information will assist you to register with Haberfield Netball. You can download various registration forms using the links provided on right hand side of the page.
- Please make sure that you register by the due dates.
- All new players need to supply one passport photo.
- Juniors will also need to supply a copy of their birth certificate.
- For Junior players it will be the age that you turn in 2012 that will determine the age group that you will be playing in (not the team or the grade).

Please make sure that in the reference you put the registering player's NAME and TEAM if known.
Registrations for the 2012 netball season will only be accepted on receipt of a completed registration form/s together with payment in full plus one passport size photograph (for new players only) and a photocopy of birth certificate or photocopy of passport as proof of age.
