REGISTRATION DAYS FOR THE 2012 WINTER COMPETITION
Saturday January 28th 2012
12pm to 3pm
Drummoyne Sailing Club (Downstairs)
St Georges Crescent, Drummoyne.
NOTE:
.NEW PLAYERS must provide (with their registration form), one (1) passport size photograph and a COPY of birth certificate or COPY of a passport as proof of age.
.One (1) new photo is required for all juniors who have played for 3 years or more and MUST BE included with your registration form.
.REGISTRATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PAYMENT, PASSPORT PHOTOGRAPH and PROOF OF AGE (if applicable)
(if payment is made by Direct Deposit please attach a copy of the RECEIPT to your registration form)
.Late registrations will only be considered if submitted on a Registration Form with full payment and SUBJECT TO availability in an appropriate team.

.No player will be registered without a completed registration form SIGNED by either the parent (under 18) or player (over 18) and payment in FULL.

The 2012 competition commences on Saturday 21 April 2012 and will conclude with grand finals on 1 September (or 8 September as a wet weather contingency date).
Coaches will notify there teams of training dates/times once teams are finalised
Training commences 2 to 3 weeks prior to start of competition (at coaches discretion).
Training days requested for 2012 season are Monday and Wednesday, subject to Council approval.
Please Note the closing date for 2012 registrations will be 09 Feb 12. Team placements will not be guaranteed after this date, as it will be dependent on vacancies in existing teams.

Could all teams be responsible with their equipment as replacements are expensive.
If you lose a match ball the cost to your team to replace it will be $25. Also if patches are not maintained as a complete set, there will be a fee of $25 charged to the team to compensate as a new set of tags costs in excess of $65
